So here I am working as Linen Supervisor, doing my thing, making sure everything runs smoothly. Getting my storages nicely organised and excel spreadsheets functional and colourful. Enjoying every single day at work. So far also everyone I worked with were amazing, loved every employee that I had under my wings. The amount of laugh and stories we shared was pretty spectacular.
So again here I am trying as usual my best and that’s when the news came… Captain of the Housemen decided to pursue another career path so the position opened up. Unfortunately at that time there was no suitable candidate so and opportunity arises… What if I get my position expanded into ant take over all the Housemen… My boss at that time bevies in me and that I could handle these additional duties…
Well not thinking much here I am more or less after one year one being Linen Supervisor now a promotion came to Linen and Housemen Supervisor… Hiring, training, evaluating, planning, changing… I was in my zone again… and again loved every bit of it. I am very thankful to my boss at that time as she gave believed in me and trusted in my capabilities to handle much more. So it is already 2007 and my story just keeps getting better…
