What a great learning experience, 2 beautiful years in Poznan under 2 amazing General Managers that have trusted me and my skills as well as commitment to work. I will be always grateful to Iva Trifonov for giving me the chance and giving me this opportunity to embrace and to Marco Foelske who helped me to grow even further in my role.
My Poznan team… what an amazing group of people, let’s start with my Assistant Tomasz. I have never met someone so dedicated, knowledgable and fun to work like him. He shine light into all the hotel affairs and had an amazing knowledge about the hotel operations. If I would be the President, Tomasz would be be definitely the choice for my Vice President role. Countless hours spent on talking and getting to know each other, I was very happy to have him as my number one. Going away was never a problem as I knew I was leaving the Hotel and the Department in very capable hands.
Of course the number of time we have laughed it was just beyond, it’s always good to have someone who brings that good vibes into a work place. We created an amazing team that was ready to move mountains.
I am a quick learner and this definitely helped me to learn all about housekeeping operations from management perspective.
Than the entire Housekeeping Team, Room attendants and Housemen, another great group of people. Very hard working ones, we know exactly who runs the Hotel 😉
Working with young and very dedicated team was a pleasure and I must say in two years we were able to really create some good bonds. It is hard to list all the names of people that I have worked with in those 2 years in Poznan.
What I remember very well also is some good off work time… but that’s a story for another time
