Let me start by saying that I love the movie “V for Vendetta” and I didn’t realise until sometime after that 5th of November was my official starting date at Starwood Hotels and Resorts back in the days. One of my favourite rhymes from that day is and always will be:

Somehow it got stuck in my mind and have me thinking how can this connect into my work in the housekeeping department… Us working always in the shadows, many times having little to say or change in a bigger picture if it comes to work in hospitality…
